This is a January challenge that you won’t want to skip.  Over 14 days, we have set challenges that will help you have a positive start to your 2025. 

Tick off each day as you complete the challenge and feel free to start on whatever day suits you best.  Aim to complete them all in the month of January.

Day 1: Set a positive intention for the day

Day 2: Plan a self care evening with friends

Day 3: Walk 10,000 steps

Day 4: Clear out the notes page in your phone

Day 5: Meal prep a healthy meal or snack

Day 6: Focus on your water intake

Day 7: Plan a day to spend off social media

Day 8: Perform a kind gesture for somebody

Day 9: Practice 5 minutes of mindful breathing

Day 10: Set a screen time limit for the day

Day 11: Spend 10 minutes stretching

Day 12: Unsubscribe to emails you no longer wish to receive

Day 13: Sell or donate an item you no longer need

Day 14: Cook or bake something new
